What commission rates do you offer?

We offer competitive commission rates starting from 10% for standard bookings, with higher tiers for volume partners. Exact rates are discussed during onboarding and depend on your annual volume commitment. We also offer performance bonuses for top-producing agents.

How quickly do you respond to quotation requests?

For standard tour quotations we aim to respond within 24 hours — typically within 2–4 hours during business hours (Sri Lanka time, GMT+5:30). For urgent requests please contact us directly on WhatsApp for a faster response.

Do you provide net rates or gross rates?

We can provide quotations in either net rates (so you add your markup) or gross rates with your commission built in — whichever works best for your business model. Just let us know your preference during onboarding.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, NOK, AED), PayPal, and Wise transfers. A 30% deposit is required at booking confirmation with the balance due 30 days before arrival (or on arrival for last-minute bookings).

Do you handle MICE and group bookings?

Yes — MICE is one of our specialisms. We handle corporate conferences, incentive tours, gala dinners, team building, product launches and destination weddings for groups of all sizes. We have dedicated event coordinators for large groups.

Can we visit Sri Lanka on a familiarization (FAM) trip?

Absolutely! We organize periodic FAM trips for partner travel agents at heavily subsidized rates. These are a great way to experience our services first-hand and sell Sri Lanka with genuine confidence. Contact us to join our next FAM trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard policy: cancellations 45+ days before arrival = full refund; 31–44 days = 25% retention; 15–30 days = 50% retention; 0–14 days = 100% retention. We work with partners on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
